Graduate of the Medical School of Athens and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Düsseldorf, Germany, and at “Alexandra” Hospital in Athens. He received further training in laparoscopic surgery in Clermont–Ferrand under Prof. Bruhat, in Hamburg under Prof. Kurt Semm, and in Brussels under Jacques Donnez.

Since 1995, he has been performing laparoscopies at “Mitera” Hospital. Member of the Hellenic (EEGE) and the European Society for Gynecological Endoscopy (ESGE).
